Ive never had trouble getting to sleep but I wake up wide awake about 4 times a night which is a killer.
The best sleep I get is a siesta during the day. |

Yeh i hear you, my problem is actually drifting of, once im asleep im good but actually falling asleep is the hard part !!
Then im tired during the day so have a nap which messes up my sleep pattern lol so its a vicious circle lol |

I've got a buggered sleeping pattern..I just don't get tired after only 16hrs awake, regardless of how much or how little I do in a day..I start getting sleepy about 20/22 hrs after I wake which means i wake at seven a.m I won't start getting tired until at least three a.m the next morning..I never ever nap either so that doesn't account for anything
Also, if left to my own devices I sleep a full ten hrs.
I need a 32 hour day.
Been like it since being a kid..I'm just used to being awake at all mad hours |

It's a pain in the arse when it falls out of sync with the real world..work and all those other inconvenient things we have to do but I've just sort of accepted it as it's not so bad it's effecting life, just means I'm tired at mad times and awake at inconvenient ones a lot!
If it's messing with life I guess you could try some over the counter remedies, or ask your doctor even in the worst case |

Yeah those types of things...I've not really tried them..or at least not that I can remember but it was just a thought
I'm the same with prescription stuff...not been to the dr since I was about 18! Don't like them one bit!
And yeah I know that feeling...that sort of 'hmmm...every bugger has been asleep for the last 5 hours and will be up breezy...I should be doing the same' thing niggling away.
If it's not effecting you more than that though you'll probably be ok! |

The tactical missing of a nights sleep helps if I know I have something important coming...I'll miss a night altogether and sleep the night after, the one i need to sleep on! The master reset as I call it
