Don’t feel down the weekend is only a few days away and imagine how much fun you could be having by then!

Take it hour by hour day by day but just find little things that give you happiness.

I find loads of happiness on this site but that’s probably because I’m a massive perve ha

If you have thought about calling them , then you should.

Or call a mate, family member and have a matter. If in the house get out for a walk, chat with folk,go for a coffee. Even a trip to the shop and interaction with others is good.

There and to the left a bit

We all get down at times, and can't always quite put our finger on why - know I've been like that at times - all you can do is keep putting one foot in front of the other and try and focus on the positive things in life.

Which I know is easier said than done sometimes, but as someone else said, try and find something that makes you smile, or makes you happy, a favourite song, or comedy show and then move onto another positive thing.

Obviously if you can figure out what it is that is getting you down, you can possibly address it - but again know that is easier said than done sometimes.

Try and remain positive though, trust me I know how hard that can be - but you'll find the more you are able to, the more life becomes easier.

Good luck OP

This.

You can even email the Samaritans if that's easier to deal with. I just checked- email details are on their website.

Hope you feel better OP. x

When I’m feeling down, I put my headphones on with some music on full blast and just forget everything for a while. Then come back to my problems and tackle them with a more positive attitude. And the problems that are out of my control I just forget about

Give them a call. It's exactly what they are there for. Sometimes just talking to a stranger who wants to listen to you can make the world of difference. They are an incredible bunch of people who just want to help.

A kick in the balls is not the answer, try and talk to somebody about it.

If you don’t have anyone close to discuss your feelings with then the Samaritans are a great idea.

Everyone goes through periods of feeling the way you do, just open up and talk about it.

Try and concentrate on some positive things in your life op

It's difficult not to think of the simplicity of a spoonful of sugar.

Give yourself at least a little bit of what you like.

Hope your mojo is heading back to you soon.

It's all about technique and the correct footwear! I don't think it's what's needed though.

Hope you perk up soon op. People have posted some good advice for you
