why do some people feel the need to headline their profiles with stuff like:'thanks for last night..you know who you are.lol'.
Is it just bravado, showing off or trying to convince themselves they have had a good time? |

My stomach hates that....... It doen't tell me it just squirms a bit and my throat squeezes....
I NEVER understand that public bollocks.
Why don't they just message the person they met to say thanks.....
it's like .... Hey all fabsters I've had a shag!
Pathetic. |

I will confess I have done this once or twice when there was a big party and I wanted to thank everybody who was there; sometimes I dont know everybody's profile name so that is/ was one way of thanking people. No intentional bravado from my part |

it's something i try and avoid saying as it sounds kinda cheap but sometimes it just slips out
'it has been great to meet you' seems a more appropriate statement if there has been a social element.
if it's just a last minute anonymous meet, the phrase 'alright, see ya later mate' usually creeps in by one of the parties as they scuttle off into the night |

I dunno why, but it's given me a great idea, I may go place it on my status, then when anyone _iews my profile I will appear to have been lucky, well it'll at least get the single guys that _iew my profile jealous, lol |

some folks might not realise that their status updates are public and think just their friends can just see them.
maybe Fab might have to create an option to members who can choose to see their updates. |

As they are reading the updates of otheres I should think they realise that theirs are visible..... |

Im not sure... but think this may come under the 'nit picking' category....
Being honest, I put all sorts on my status, my partner says I use it like FB sometimes (well Im not on that so I have to). In the same vein of honesty I will admit that I couldnt give a flying fart what other people think. Its our profile and we will say what we want to!
Oooh that felt good to get off my chest |

You said you wouldn;t tell "
It wasn't your feet that was the problem. |
