Just learned that Andy Whitfield, the actor who played Spartacus in the Blood and Sand series on sky has died from cancer, aged only 39. A fit, strong and handsome guy. Very sad. |

yup very sad - i was gobsmacked when i saw that news online
because of his build and his character in the series, you just assumed that he was fighting fit

Its very sad when there's young loss of life - look at the plane crash with all those hockey players onboard - all in their 20's, and some teens amongst them.
One death that surprised me recently was Micahel Barry food writer and co presenter of Good Food with Jilly ~goolden and Chris Kelly. He has died but he was 69. This surprised me because he only looked mid forties and in the rudest of health. |
