It is a nice and warm day, we have 24c here. I am eating a burger and after I will go to the beach for a swim, who is getting naughty tonight? I will watch the football and I got the haribos ready  |

Watching my mate at a white collar boxing event in Leeds. I taught him a few things, but didn't quite get to train with him as much as I would have liked. So I hope he does well.  |
