I thinks spiders are dirty they get in drains. They remind me of men sometimes for some reason. My little dog eats small insects, hubby said we should train her to catch the big spiders. But she is only a handbag size dog and im not sure if she wouldnt harm herself by eating a big spider. When we lived in a flat in town never used to see any. |

There's more larger spiders around this year as spiders mate in the spring which was extra warm this year so more boot knocking opportunities for the little buggers! And which hypocrite could begrudge them that?
And as well as two cats I keep a trouser snake as a pet.... |

He is very well behaved in the main, but does tend to get extremely exciteable and increase in size when being stroked by the fairer sex...I figure that he enjoys this so much I don't discourage him. The best thing in such a situation is to be firm with him. He is overdue a training session actually, might you be experienced in such a role? He also loves dark wet places, I think its his natural habitat... |

my way of being firm is slapping it on the head with a rolled up newspaper...a bit like the way people used to train puppies |
