Between those two choices? It's a bap. Sometimes it's a roll though. It all depends on the softness/crustiness/flouriness of said baked good. Oh, and a bun if there are sesame seeds on top.

And throw in a square sausage and the it’s a roll n sausage, not a sausage roll, just saying

In the baker where I worked we had to define what was being made. Your 'bap' was referred to as bread rolls. (24 on a tray ). I still called them muffins.
