Personal goals

What personal goals do you have if any?

I'm referring to things like learning to fly, running a marathon or cycling from one end of the country to the other.

For me I want to win England's strongest man over 40. I'm just at the cusp of being able to compete but not win yet. Will keep trying as long as my body holds out.

If I can make it to a qualifier comp this year I'll be happy.

I have agreed to run/ jog a 5k fun run at Easter with my god daughter. I have a lot of work to do before then to get fit. Then in the summer we are going a 5k pretty mudder fun run as well.

Not sure fun and run should really come in the same sentence.

Yeah its a Russian light infantry tank. I welded up the whole sub frame for the chase and we started casting track links from a home made smelter but ran out of funds and the project stalled sadly

I want to complete a trek to Everest base camp. I did a high altitude climb in the summer and it was massively tough. More training is needed for this one, but sadly other comitments are preventing me from putting in the time right now.

southend

Short term - to get through these 2 weeks off and survive the first month back into an office I dislike.

Medium term - to find a new job in my current field.

Long term - to be fit enough to run Oblivion in 2019. At least 3 laps.
