I have met Marcus Wareing and eaten at his restaurant. He has the most amazing eyes and I went weak at the knees when he was talking to me. He is very debonair and charismatic. |

I loved his cooking on the first great British menu when he cooked a custard tart for the queen
No messing he just decided to make the best custard tart he could -
