Not to be too harsh, but one pic that just shows a cock isn't likely to attract many. Guaranteeing an orgasm will likely come off as big headed too. And telling people to ask might be seen as lazy.

OP your face pic is lovely. I would suggest using it as your avatar instead of the cock pic.
A cock pic avatar is an instant turn off for many.
Can you rewrite your profile? At the moment it is very short and tells people very little about you. I understand a lot of people don't want to write their life story but you do need to tell people a bit more about yourself.
Have a think about who you would like to meet. What do you find attractive in a potential meet and what can you offer them.

To be honest OP - your profile doesn'T really tell a reader anything much about you, what you're looking for, or more importantly can offer and reads very much like hundreds of other single guy profiles - you need to inject some of your personality and get yourself to stand out.
Think of your profile as a shop window and ask yourself would you go into your shop based on the window display you currently have.
As for your pics - the suit/face pic is good but the other two I'd lose - disembodied cock pics don't go down well with most and ones with kids toys in the background even less so. The other pic you have is also a little messy, and again has a kids toy (teddy bear) in the background.
