The argon circulates less slowly than air...
Convection in the air gap creates swirls and currents...leaving a hot spot in the top of the unit and hence a cold area in the bottom....argon being heavier than air is more sluggish...slowing down the convection currents.. |

Mmmmm....how far is Evesham from Coventry?  I was jusr saying to a friend the other day theat I haven't seen anyone even remotely hot for ages.....I might go and perv lol |

That my 2y/o son is smarter than I realised. He has a little toy crocodile that he loves, and he has a little metal car shaped like a crocodile, which we thought he had picked up because it was looked like a crocodile but when I asked him if it was a croc he said, no, car.  |
