Do you ever have one of those days where you can't decide which profile picture to settle on?

That's me. Today.

A little tribute photo session to our boys and girls of the Royal Navy, Army and RAF has left me in a bit of a quandary...would love to find out which pic you think should be my profile leading up to Remembrance Sunday.

Oh and if you are or have been in the forces, it would be great to know which pic picks up most fabs from which force!

I salute all the brave soldiers, sailors and RAF personnel who gave their lives for us. Thank you to those who are still fighting for our freedoms xxx

And help support the Royal British Legion, who work all year round to provide support not only to ex service men and women, but to their families and dependants. You can help by giving donations, or by working as a volunteer, to help provide the many support services that they offer.

What sort of volunteering is done with the British Legion? Genuinely interested

I find your use of the poppy in this manner distasteful, disrespectful and crass. You should not be using the poppy in this manner to promote your sexuality and attract sexual encounters. It's just wrong, very wrong. You should remove them at once. It's appalling.

I do attend our local Rememberance Day parade when I'm not working.

"

I'm very sorry you feel that way, I have every respect for our fallen heroes. It's meant as light hearted encouragement for current members of our brave forces.

I also have a poppy worn on my right lapel at 11 o'clock position to indicate the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.

Once again I'm sorry that my action has offended you.

I agree.

Whilst each to their own, I'm not overly comfortable with it. Many of us have friends we like to remember at this time.

Sorry to be a bit of a downer on it.

So everybody will be objecting to fab using their poppy banner? After all it's a poppy on the front page of a website that allows people to arrange sexual encounters?

The OP has already stated that they're a huge supporter of the poppy appeal and what it represents, using it in a cheeky way for a photo is hardly reason enough to lambast.

Just an alternative opinion to ponder.
