There is a lot off it about. Sometimes words are spelled wrong, some are spelt write.
To little time too worry about it, be profeshunal and rise above it awl.

It's not the spelling I care about really, mistakes can be made. It's the use of it in speech.

When people say “can I ask for some advise?”
No you can ask for some advice or you can ask people to advise you. One is a verb, the other is a noun.

I had this argument on Facebook the other week. A lady proclaimed that it's to do with accents. I ranted that I have an accent, but I can still speak proper English."
It's absolutely not an accent! Of it was an accent it would be limited to a specific part or parts of the country, and from my experience it's just not.
