Just please don't dunk...there is evidence from scientific researchy stuff that says they are the worst for dunking, as they disintergrate almost instantly. Thus ruining a perfectly good brew...  |

Haven’t been up at this time for ages, I did go to bed at 8 though so think my body has had its full of sleep fir the night, 8 hrs is a lot for me.

I'm an insomniac who is off work this week and have been awake since 3:30 and waiting to get started on fitting some wardrobes when Mrs.FGoS decides to get up...Given that she's a night owl and went to bed after I got up its gonna be a long wait |

Just spent nearly two weeks solid with my lady with a nice trip away. She left this morning to go home for the week so I’m up and feeling a little sad she’s gone. No chance of going back to sleep. |
