What constitutes a person/couple enough to make it into your Friends List?
Are they only the ppl you’ve met?
Are they the people you chat to regular about stuff but probably will never meet?
Or are they just profiles that had a high number of photos that becoming friends would allow you to view out of curiousity?
My friends list is fairly small & numbers stay about the same on it averagely
My Hot List is the 1 that’s up & down like a whores knickers!  |

If someone interesting looking sends an invite I'll accept out of curiosity at 1st, but if we don't talk they'll get deleted.
It's mainly made up of people ive spoken to and got along with and may be lucky enough to meet at some point or people I've met and would like to meet again. |

Some are people that I chat to regularly
Some are people that I wanted to see there pics vice versa
The odd ones I plan to meet for a drink
My hotlist is huger than my friends list ...people I don't tend to chat to but like to fab there pics and per...peruse every now and again  |

I have people on my friends list that i've met in person as well as people i've chatted to through the forums and developed good rapport and chemistry with.
I very much hope to meet the latter at some point |

I think MM everyone’s guilty of accepting to look through curiousity
Some are lazy and keep there without chatting I guess just to be able to look
Some, like you and I, look and delete if not worth keeping them there
I don’t like it when some ppl think you need to actually be best friends before you should request or accept ... but it’s their call I guess |

I don't accept, or send, random friend requests so those that make it onto my Friends List are either people I've chatted to via messages or had some level of interaction with on the forums |

My friends list is only people I have met in person. Or on the rare instance that I might arrange a one-to-one social I will add them a couple of days before if they feel they "need" to see the rest of my pics.
My hotlist is huge - all the people I chat to but haven't met yet, people I am perving or stalking, people whose pictures or updates I like etc. |

I like this. I won't do this though because our profile explicitly states that we don't accept friends requests from anyone we haven't chatted to first... so no matter how curious we are we won't accept. It would just undermine what we're saying on our profile.
I guess we think it'll cut down on exposure to random time wasters who just want to perv. But does anyone think we lose out by saying on our profile 'no friend requests without messaging first'? |

For me it is usually someone or a couple I have chatted with and feel like I would like to stay in contact and chat more. There is always a bit of curiosity as to who you are speaking with. |

I don't think you'll lose out. The types that just want to perv over friends pics will still send a request anyway. The types that want to get to know you will still chat.  |

Some people get really bent out of shape about their friends list...but honestly ours is a mixed list of people we know and people we’ve only chatted to. It makes not diff to me if people see our friends pics or appear in friends updates I just don’t see it as a big deal.
