It is tasty and it doesn't fall apart. The trick is in squeezing all the excess water out once it's riced and cooked before you form it into the pizza base with a bit of cheese and an egg to bind it.

I really don't know why I spend hours cooking. May be it's therapeutic?

Tonight I made chicken biryani and a very hot veg curry. I also made chapattis. We had sliced boiled eggs and spicy fried onions with coriander on top. It was absolutely delicious. The saffron is getting flipping expensive!
