It is tasty and it doesn't fall apart. The trick is in squeezing all the excess water out once it's riced and cooked before you form it into the pizza base with a bit of cheese and an egg to bind it. |

Marnaded chicken wings. (Hot and sticky bbq)
Homemade onion rings
Seeet potato wedges
Some flat bread
With coleslaw and some salady bits.
And a bottle of pino noir (red) |

Wow all your dinners sound yummy!
I dont know what to have - its either a cheese omlette with salad or a jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn.
Soooooo boring in comparison to most of yours

I really don't know why I spend hours cooking. May be it's therapeutic?
Tonight I made chicken biryani and a very hot veg curry. I also made chapattis. We had sliced boiled eggs and spicy fried onions with coriander on top. It was absolutely delicious. The saffron is getting flipping expensive!

I can't eat before I go to a club, I feel too full! But I can't have post club McDonald's that I usually get as I had McD last night  so I have some garlic dough balls and mixed tapas stuff to rustle up when I get home |
