Hi,
We have a bit of a problem. All of our naughty pics and videos..(and there are loads!) are stored on an Iomega external hard drive. I have not been able to access them as it is no longer recognised by our laptop or pc. Something seems to have gone wrong with it. The problem is obviously we can’t take it to anyone due to the content, although I would have no issues giving it over to someone that knows what to expect.. we also have loads of family pics on there so I really want to try and recover the content.
Any advise of help would be much appreciated.. xx

Can it be plugged into an Apple computer? You might get lucky but if it’s no longer recognised it sounds like it’s been unplugged from the usb whilst there was still power (not ejected first), if this is the case you may have lost everything on there. |

The first thing i would do is plug the usb cable into a different usb port on your PC. If the PC then recognizes it, it will auto install the drivers for it and you should be good to go. |

Try different usb port.
Try different usb cable.
Is the drive powered from the usb cable or it's own power cable? Could be the power cable.
Would be interested in the solution in case me or anyone else gets this problem. |

Thanks for all the responses !! The icon comes up in the home screen it just won’t show any content at all. I’ve tried all the online tutorials but I will definitely take a look at these thanks. Also I’ll unlock single males from my messages! Lol |
