I have a normal life, family, good education, fairly good job, but sometimes it feels like I have no purpose. I don't know why I am where I am in life or doing what I am doing. I feel a need for constant excitement or stimulation. But most things don't measure up or afterwards I just go back to feeling low or empty. I need to have something to look forward to constantly... Just pouring out my thoughts. |

Not a bad thing to have things to look forward to. I'm forever booking concerts or planning things. I think that's why I'm so content. Try not to think about it and enjoy all the nice things you have planned x |

Just roll with it man. Alas, sometimes I feel we get the nagging feeling we need more or should be doing more. Just got to push past it and enjoying life. Surely the excitement part is covered by being here. It's all about excitement.
If the feeling persists then maybe there is something wrong in your life that is making you have these thoughts. Stop and assess |
