Let's assume for a second that it is your neighbour. Is that really how you want to introduce yourself to her?
Perhaps start with a simple 'hello' when you meet her.  |

There’s a women down the road from me who is on here, our kids used to play together when they were younger, we’ve chatted on here and in the street but that’s all, both agreed it wouldn’t go any further than that, don’t shit on your own doorstep pal is my advice. |
