Other than ban every work colleague, friend, relation, casual acquaintance on every form of social media and turn off every alert, and not read a single email between now and Remembrance Sunday I’m pretty much fucked with this one. Unless every halfwit in the country all I’ve a sudden grows an iq bigger than a cauliflower |

I just checked my newsfeed and one person has shared it, if it's from a Twitter account. I usually ignore them, but I don't usually get many. I think I unfriended or hid most people who share crap like that. |
