It could mean all sorts from "I haven't got time or the ability to see you and I am aware that this is pissing you off, which upsets me because I would actually really like to see you if I could" to "I have been a bit of an out of contact shit and worry you might lose interest in me as a result" but regardless of the subtext it probably means that he just misses you. |
