I have been doing it of and on, but this month I am doing it regular and I like it. I start of with surga namascara b then the other program, it lasts for about 1hr, the favourite position is downward dog, you also practise lots of breathing, 3 in hold 1 sec then out 5, the professionals can do it for 10 sec. I have started to get more flexible

I do it once a week, purely to help with my back problems.

I want to try it. Heads lots of positive comments about not only its healthy benefits but also from a relaxation point of view too.

Have downloaded an iPad app but - doesn't seem like the best way to start

I have a taster session booked in a couple of week's time. Looks like my yoga cherry's finally going to get popped.

Yes and I was fortunate as a family member is a yoga instructor so I had a few free 1-1 sessions to start me on the road. Now I go to a class once a week and have found myself performing certain stretches whilst I wait for the kettle to boil etc.. I'm not very good at it but I do enjoy it and I'm slowly improving.

I'm looking to start doing it, but there seems to be few starter courses round here :-/

But I want to do it for exercise and flexibility...

Plus toning up
