Evening all. Can anyone help me out. Damaged my back playing rugby this weekend. Need a massage can anyone help me out or suggest somewhere please.

I could find a back street shit hole for that.

Stretching and heat packs are only temp fixes. Need to get tension out

Lots of gyms offer physio these days, give them a go

The clinic on Abbeydale road (well used to be there) he’s good with sports injuries.

Very good point, surely that would be a first point of call? Why ask a load of random people on a public forum on a swinger's site?

I do get seen at my club. But since I can only get there once a week if I'm lucky due to work I was hoping I could see someone more local.

I ask on here as it was a genuine ask if anyone knew. You have to ask publicly if u want a general response.

Nothing funny. Nothing sexual just a genuine ask if anyone knew. I would have asked for a happy ending if I wanted it.
