It has taught me that most Fabsters can't read, that people with natural body hair are shunned by lots of Fabsters, that I'm apparently ugly, that some people have never seen a woman with a shaved head and a lot of men really like women's knickers. |

Its taught me that im actually a grounded secure in myself person.
Too many on here worry to much about things and that they cant meet..
I say so what you are what you are be proud of it. Its website that basically puts you in the shop window... Not everyone shops in the same shops.. Niche is good.

Fab has taught me what I kinda already knew... Im not vanilla and never will be.
Its also taught me that there are some people who are just like me and others who are pretentious and cold and believe they sit on a pedestal above all others... (hopes pedestal breaks and normality hits hard for them)
For the most part though I have learnt from Fab that everyone has someone who appreciates them nomatter what your flavour of sex is... and long may that be the thing that holds true for us all x |

It’s taught me that I really am actually very laid back, but will also probably always be quite shy.
It’s taught me I can “put myself out there” I went along to the Birmingham social where meeting a group of people I don’t know is one of my worst nightmares, but I enjoyed it!
It’s taught me that you can find friendship in the unlikeliest of places.
I’m enjoying my time on Fab and will remain here for as long as that is the case. |

For guys fab is harsh. You can be dead drop gorgeous and still not get a meet purely on the basis of your how your online personality is to how you are in the real world. You’re far from ugly looks wise, this place isn’t the standard bearer based on looks, it’s distorted beyond real life recognition. It’s a sex site and not a dating site, the remit is: do I want to have sex with you based upon your online persona, yes or no in an instant.....go! It’s not necessary about yourself but a first impression instinct based upon how you communicate over the internet. |

It's taught me that other people are far less critical of me than I am of myself, and I've had to develop a thicker skin to deal with some of the shit you get which is no bad thing as I can be way too soft sometimes. T |

Fab has shown us that everyone is different and different is good.
We all have our own kinks and we think it's important to appreciate / respect others views x if we were all the same life would be boring x
We've also learnt never to judge a book by its cover - We've meet some great people through swinging and not everyone's profiles does them justice x |

I've learnt a lot about sex, friendship, and life in general, through my being here.
I have learnt that there are people just like me and have made some of my best lifelong friends.
I have learnt, however, that friendships made in the scene can be selfish and that there are some vile women in particular out there that are very selfish and have some inflated beliefs about themselves. Things can turn nasty quickly 
I've learnt that friendship in this lifestyle is everything - playmates come and go but your true friends are here always. |

Also a knock on effect of fab led me to learn that the sky remote is not an actual unit of measurement.
As I went to the carpet shop and asked for carpet that was 30 sky remotes by 25 sky remotes, they didn't have a clue what I was talking about. |

It's taught me lots both about myself and others, some good some bad - I've learned to be more tolerant of others with different likes/views, have learned that actually I AM attractive to some, have learned that despite thinking we lived in more enlightened times that there are still some closed minded people around. That there are some people for whom the way to behave respectfully and considerately goes out the window when it comes to sex and sexuality.

Something positive only occurs with a positive outlook and most people arrive on fab with a nervous smile and anticipation! Projecting openness and acceptance will always return positive vibes so whether fab is successful for you is dependent on your outlook! I like to think that when we leave fab we'll take the good stuff with us and any negativity won't even figure.

Just because someone doesn't reply , does not make them pig ignorant. Site rules clearly state deleted messages means not interested and everyone is to take that as such.
Do you reply to every piece of junk/unwanted mail that comes through your door or email? No? well the same applies on this site.
You aren't going to be everyone's cup of tea. So, even if you only message the profiles whereas you match what they seek, and still become deleted, don't become annoyed by it. You're simply not for them. Same as like myself and alot of others probably aren't for you.
I've got screenshots of proof showing that I've been threatened with stalking and harm by a guy on here. All because I wasn't interested in him. Alot of people really do need to stop taking lack of interest so personally. |
