" Would you meet someone who's beliefs are a bit wacky or unsavory? Would you meet a fascist or vegan, Feminist or Christian?, Trump supporter or SNP voter? For instance.."
Is a vegan opposed to a meat injection ?
If not then I’d meet her |

mmmmmmmmmmm as long as I don't know before I meet them it doesn't.
I don't tend to ask what job someone does.
So many other things to factor in ..... job doesn't come into it.
CROSS OUT JOB..... INSERT SUITABLE BELIEF |

This. It's why I avoid asking many questions. I don't want to know. |

I try not to ask those sorts of questions because the answers can turn me off and I'd really rather not know.
But....the times being what they are people often feel compelled to share their political views with us. It has ruined a meet it two for us. |

"Some things matter to me, others don’t. I wouldn’t fuck anyone I didn’t like as a person and there is definitely a line."
Actually that ^^ sums up more gently my view.
A shared value base is part of what makes a person attractive to me, so it's inextricably linked to my fucking them or not. |

a) absolutely i wouldn't meet them...
b) where do you draw the line at being wacky..... those things are wacky, but then for example professing violence against women is wacky to me.... but yet some posters do it here!!!
i think we all have a scale, it just depends where abouts on it we all individually seem to be |

I think what is worse is what they will have you "believe" e.g. the attractive couple in their holiday photo from about 10 years ago - when they turn up they look like a pair of bloated cattle ready for the slaughter house (apologies to vegans) and one with an unkempt beard (and that's the fuckin' woman) - welcome to Fab 2017 |

If I spoke to them beforehand and they harper on about their believe or "wacky" lifestyle, then probably no. Unfortunately, people aren't always open when you first start talking to them.
I respect peoples' beliefs; I don't particularly want to listen to a sermon about them. |

I try to get their sexual preferences and experiences out of them before meeting. I'd prefer what you said to someone saying they won't meet anyone who has had sex with black or bi men ( which I have had). |

I don't tend to bring that up in conversation Clem. It's not the person's religion or beliefs I'm going to fuck!
As long as they don't have Eurotophobia and they make my nipples hard, I don't really worry about that stuff |

I can't understand why anyone would want to talk politics or religion on a first meet. Its asking for trouble. I thought the art is to find common ground and display the best version of yourself.
As long as its not offensive or vile wacky then I'd probably just steer the conversation onto something else. I'd like to think our meets are intelligent enough to be sociable rather than rocking up in a BNP T-shirt and preaching the word of god. |
