I am going to cast a vote on who is the better superhero team. This is ONLY MOVIE BASED so comics and tv shows are void and this is from the first line up of each team, rest don't count. The battle is between The Avengers or The Justice League.

I'd say super man is definitely a worthy ruler of Asgard. And if you remember, vision is able to lift mjolnir. The rules of Thor's hammer doesn't apply to non humans. Off point of the OPs post, there are 9 characters that can lift Thor's hammer. |

Well, based on that lineup, it's JLA. Mostly on numbers. Hawkeye was always a waste of time tbh, and Black Widow almost just as much.
That leaves Captain America, Hulk, Thor and Iron Man. All ok'ish, but apart from Thor, Superman could take them all down pretty easily. Hulk might hurt him, but big blue could dump him on the moon, and that would be that.
Their only hope would be Kryptonite. That would be a game changer. Maybe even Hawkeye could become semi useful with some K tipped arrows.
