Split the pectoral mussle between upper and lower.
For lower use decline bench press for 8reps and 6sets, after each set follow with wide arm press up to really kill off your chest.
For upper use a fly press for 8reps 6 sets on a heavy weight and use a spotter.
Follow immediately with plate raises and make sure you really squeeze your chest as you lower your plate.
Don't for get to eat right diet is 80% of your results.
Then go get laid |

Fewer reps. heavier weight. Figure out your 1RM (with a spotter!)
1 set each:
60% 1RM x 3
75% 1RM x 3
85% 1RM x 3+
1 set:
Cable flies x 12 - 15
Inc DB Press x 10
Bent over BB rows x 10
Etc etc
Also don't forget your lats as they will increase your chest measurement. |

High protein! And low fat.
Carbs are okay but get the right ones you need the vitamins also to convert your food to mussle.
Without a gym it will be hard but use press ups on a hill with head facing down loads if different types of press up google them!
Find a tree to do pull ups on and there are exercises you can do for chest with a kettle bell.
