Just been catching up on Bake Off, (guilty pleasure, I love food, sue me) and found myself thinking "Fuck me, I hate adverts, why are they so long?"

It took me til the third lot until I realised that I could fast forward through them.

What, if anything, have you done lately to make you feel stupid?

Strong from him or from me? I didn't feel very strong. I felt like a twat lol

It's a training course that touches on things like NLP and self development etc so I think he is very tuned into people. Plus I'm not in a great place anyway right now. Think it all just bubbled up.

You could then put it in the freezer for 5 minutes and it's ice tea!

Ok...

Qwerty... I'd heard people talking of 'qwerty keyboards' id no clue what they were on about. I got told what it meant a few years ago.

Ground beef...whilst talking to a friend about pizza toppings...I asked is this like minced beef? I wasn't sure if there was a difference.

Deep sea cod...my mother lied to me up untill I was around 18 telling me salmon was deep sea cod. I would eat salmon I didn't like it so my mother came up with a story about deep sea cod....it was that colour because it swam deep in the sea used more muscles hence it being pink.

NLP is an amazing technology it comes at you both at conscious and unconscious levels. For the trainer emotion is a stunning sign you are opening up, you only worry about those that bottle it up and fight the process of being honest with themselves.

Well done you!

.

I once got half way through some green beans before realising I hadn't actually cooked them.

I put them in the pan of water but never actually put the gas on .

Talk about al dente

Bravest thing you can do is expose your inner emotions to others. Stay strong and take strength from this experience. Xx

In the days before satnav I was driving back from Cornwall. Took a country lane detour and reversed into a gateway to take a Knapp. When I woke I couldn't remember which direction I'd been going. Didn't realize though until 40 minutes later I'm driving back over the Tamar bridge into Cornwall.
