My lady is bisexual, she picks her own sexual partners. We play together, but if she wanted to have sex with a woman who did not do anything for me, then it would be the same as her picking a man to have sex with. I'd be involved with my wife or watch, but not join in with the other partner.

In my opinion if OP is quick to snap when the issue of consent pops up and if neither him nor his OH are able to come to an agreement together then they may not be ready for a threesome.
I see nothing wrong with making a couples profile and taking it slowly, have her go online also, chat to people here and take it at her own pace.
Then when you have something to say to each other discuss it together and try to think of each other's needs and desires.
This whole "I don't mind if you choose" attitude would not sit well with me, this is a decision you should discuss and make together.
