I have serious issues with the phrase guilty pleasures when it comes to music, enjoy what you like and screw everyone who disagrees
Having said that I do get some grief for my cheesy 80s pop tastes, particularly I think we're alone now by Tiffany |

I'll always have a soft spot for Wrecking Ball and Malibu by Miley, quality songs.
And some of ma gurl Tay Swift's tunes are absolute quality tracks.
And I listen to mainly rock and metal. |

Oh gawd Roxi any credibility I have left is going right out the window as soon as I press the "Post Message" button but I have a number of Girls Aloud songs on my iPod for starters and not because I fancy any of the members of the band either!! |

Oh I get ya, I'm not a music snob by any means, my iTunes list is proof of that. But I think we can all appreciate some choons out there that are a wee bit |

I lifted a girl last week for a social and on the way she ejected the CD in my car and was in kinks of laughter when I explained it was a country album, country seems to bring out the worst in people |

"I'm told that this should fall under 'guilty pleasures' but I honestly feel no guilt for loving Dolly Parton"
Dolly is a legend, she's completely exempt!! |

"Anything and everything by Rick Astley. Not guilty at all. He’s the love of my life "
Is that because he's
Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
Never gonna make you cry, never gonna say goodbye
Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you |

"I find myself belting out Katy Perry hits when I'm alone in the car.
Don't be afraid to catch feels, naughty..."
I've changed the lyrics of that to 'don't be afraid to catch fish' |

Ooh I’m another one for Katy Perry. I made myself a break up playlist and I could probably give “Roar”, “Wide awake” and “Part of Me” a stadium style performance |

I refuse to feel guilty for loving any music. Saying that, my music snob mates expect me to be shamefaced admitting that I happen to think that quite a few tunes they consider (or at least pretend to consider) passé such as Everybody by Backstreet Boys, Toxic by Britney Spears and Don't Call Me Baby by Voice of the Beehive are banging. No shame here. They are floor fillers and singalong marvels. |

I might have "You're Welcome" from Moana on my Playlist as well as another two songs from the soundtrack.
And ummm....two songs from Trolls on my playlist too. |

Hmm not sure what to choose here, I suppose a lot would be deemed guilty pleasure by some and bit by others. Let's say, for being a rocker and metal head, I suppose i would get more questions asked about frightened rabbit - oil slick being amongst my favourites |

Like others have said, i don't agree with the concept of guilty pleasures but i do have a deep and fairly inexplicable love for 'Poison' by Alice Cooper. I don't much care for the genre of 80's glam metal nor the rest of Alice's oevre but goddam if that ain't one of my all time favourite songs! i can never listen to it just the once either, always at least twice before the itch is scratched.

I love a ska cover and have a weird thing for Save Ferris' version of Dexy's Midnight Runner's Come on Eileen. Might be the red head in the video? Who knows? |
