Yes. I wore a pair on Sunday. Mainly because I was always too fat to wear them in my twenties and thirties and now I'm not I shall wear what I damn well please. Plus they make my arse look fantastic. |

Why should age dictate what you wear!? If you feel good in something, then wear it, whatever age you are. I only wear skinny jeans, and I'm quite a curvy sort of girl. I like them, so does Mr R, and that's generally all I'm concerned about.

You can own them as long as you don’t wear them how’s that |

"I prefer boot leg jeans but no one seems to sell them. As they aren’t fashion anymore. "
I miss the baggy, straight leg jeans from the 90s.
Jeans so wide that you couldn't see your own trainers. |

I wear a lot of ankle boots and think they look better with boot leg. |

"Should you wear them if you're over 40 yrs of age "
People should wear whatever they're happy and comfortable with. All this 'you shouldn't do this' and 'you shouldn't do that' because of your age is pure societal bullshit.
I'm partial to wearing the odd pair of skinny jeans myself. I like how they feel and I like how they look. It's as simple as that. |

I'd buy them in a size 34w. I'm a 30w today, I must have looked a right twit. |

Definitely not, they look bloody awful, I’m struggling to find comfort fit jeans at the moment, they’re either straight or skinny |

I'm going to put mine on today in homage to this thread!!! I'm over 40 to
People can wear whatever they like, I find it really difficult buying clothes these days.
I must admit I do think men look a bit silly in them though!! |

a quandary, could you change my mind? |
Skinny jeans or even any jeans straight leg, boot cut etc look great on a lady it's about the body shape, correct cut of the cloth (as with all clothes) age has absolutely nothing to do with it.
Ps yes I own and ware skinny jeans, bootleg etc but do prefer the skinnies. |
