No it's right. The first time at least.
After you've met people a handful of times there's no suspicion if they cancel. But they'll be able to give you a reason and an explanation and they'll be no hard feelings. |

It's not bad, you play it how you like. If someone let's me down I'll weigh it all up before I decide whether to rearrange or not.
Can I smell bs?
Is he really hot?
Does he tick my boxes?
All that stuff |

Disagree with this. Someone who I thought was becoming regular became a little too frequent with last-minute excuses so I told him where to go. |

That's why the OP said one chance. If it's multiple excuses without a meet its obvious you're not doing it for them.. |

"That I only give people one chance? If they let me down I won't rearrange? Am I being to harsh? "
I'm too soft, I do give people I like more chances - but I have a feeling if they let you down once they tend to do so again. |

I want to say no and I wish I could toughen up! But I’m just a sucker for some folks and I think that’s why I end up like ‘sure. Here’s a whole stack of chances. Mess me around.’
I need to change that haha! |

Yeah, and that's a huge turnoff for me - if someone rearranges on me, even for perfectly legitimate reasons, I am never as keen as I would have been. |

No, I do the same after giving them second and third chances, now it's own stroke unless there's a damn good reason, like his cock fell off on the way to meet me. Or something equally traumatic |

I would always look at reason and circumstances.Sometimes life happens .
Someone we already no,we wouldnt write off.
If it seems a flaky reason or they make no attempt to rearrange etc, then yes we would probably give no more chances.
