my travk record with women is terrible as in approching them or knowing what to say. ive found out im being set uo at a friends wedding (which i wasnt supposed to know ). its got me in a horrible wreck . what should i do? how do i go about it being confident |

i wish it was that easy for me its been a life time of no confidence always being shot down but then being the guy girls want to tell their problems about and moan about the partner |

If you genuinely don't want this to happen tell the people involved. I don't think it's a nice thing to do to you or the woman.
In general though once you realise that women are more or less like men in most respects and don't view them asa different species you might find it easier to chat. If you do go ahead at the wedding sort out a few topics of conversation beforehand. Ask her about her job, does she have any hobbies and don't respond to her questions with just a yes or no. Just see it as an opportunity to chat to someone with absolutely no other agenda.
