Well same company but finally being recognised and the pay is ridiculous

This year is finally kicking in the right direction.

Maybe showing off a little bit but omg it's been years in the making.

Well done. When the new wages start coming in, put a little aside. Then treat yourself to something really special when it accrues. That's what I would do if I wasn't woefully fiscally unappreciated in my job.

The feeling of doing something worthwhile is more rewarding to me than money & I've learned to live without a lot of money.Although, I do get a lot of disapproving comments from friends now
