There is no fat on the average willy, but fat can build up on your pubic bone.

This is true but no, weight gain loss does effect penis size.
Although if you've got enough of a gunt I suspect drastic weight loss would give the impression of it being longer. Less fat around the base etc |

No. From what I know a guys height, build, feet size etc etc has no bearing at all on penis size. Just because a guy is 6ft 6 doesn't mean he's going to have a big one and the same for short guys, doesn't mean they have a small one. The only thing weight gain would do is make it appear smaller and make less of it available. |
