Either root vegetable enchiladas with a coriander avocado sauce or a white bean quinoa risotto with brassicas.
Depends on whether I want to spend twenty minutes or an hour in front of the stove. Lemme think about that one... |

My daughter (7) is making us chicken nuggets. I'm not entirely convinced I'm mentally prepared for the amount of eggwash and breadcrumbs that will need cleaned off every kitchen surface |

Cock-a-leekie soup with Tescos herb & garlic croutons and Fray Bentos S&k pie with a tin of peas.Its called I"couldn't be arsed cooking"meal.Soup and peas in the microwave pie in the oven dead simps. |

Jacket potatoes done in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil nice and slow . .filled with tuna, sweetcorn,red onion and cheese with plenty of black pepper and a smidge of better mmmmm |

All your dinners sound amazing even the crisp sandwich!
I just got home from work after a REALLY shit exhausting day, drenched from cycling home in the dark rain - and I murdered a snail and its slaughtered body was all over my trousers
And my cupboards are bare like old Mother Hubbard
So I'm debating on a Wednesday takeaway |
