"Neither. All cheese is blurgh"

*block*. No need for that kind of negativity in my life

Baby brie for me, at room temp. Or with the skin taken off, put in a little glass oven dish, in the oven for a few minutes and used as a dip. yum. Ripe brie if its chilled.

camembert is just a tad on the 'old socks' side for me.

I've never had warmed Brie. I must experiment.

I kinda like the funky old socksy of Camembert. But then I am a fan on Stinking Bishop...

I wish I could just eat cheese and nothing else. Should always be at room temperature though. I couldn't decide between the two. Just do both then move on to the Stilton and the emmental and the Gouda and the Stinking Bishop!

Ripe brie sandwiches with sliced pickled walnuts. Soooo good.

Cold camembert sliced and stuffed with rosemary and garlic then baked in the oven. Just dip bread in it. Xxx

Get yourself to a Wildwood - they do an oozing baked brie with honey, hazelnuts, black pepper and whole roasted garlic cloves served with toasted sourdough which'll take the skin off the roof of your mouth if you're not careful but which is oh so delicious

Brie in a ploughman's or Camembert with slivers of fresh garlic and rosemary inserted into it, hot out of the oven. Enjoyed with a crusty farmhouse bread dipped into it. Fuck me, i've just made myself hungry.

Camembert - when it is so ripe that when you walk into the kitchen it crawls across the worktop towards you....

With a variety of cheese biscuits, and a nice red wine..... and maybe just a hint of blueberry jelly to contrast...

Eaten all on your own, so nobody else gets any or interupts you, sitting in front of a warm fire on a calm evening, with a good film on the tele...

While camembert is both delicious and the punchline to an amazing gag brie wins hands down, I'm tempted to go and grab some for tonight and something full bodied and mature to enjoy with it. And some wine as well maybe
