a quandary, could you change my mind? |
No not every night, every so often I will enjoy a tipple or two, although the tipple or two has been a tipple or two more recently and have a evening out soon with friends and that will be a tipple or thrice more.. |

Friday Saturday and sometimes Sunday, I don't like drinking when I have to get up for work as I don't seem to have a good nights sleep, But as I'm of Friday I might have a few Thursday night and make the most of the long weekend |

Even when my drinking was at it's most excessive I never drank at home. Mind you as I was drinking at least 5 nights a week and easily knocking back 100+ units week that was my one saving grace!
Now a days I rarely touch anything at all, the occasional cider and that's it |

I'm a weekend mainly drinker... although am currently having a dry October and the weekends have been easier than I thought. This could be the start of something new |

Neither of us drink much anymore. We used to enjoy a beer or glass of wine most evenings but various medication has put a stop to that. Neither of us miss it and the difference in holiday spending when you don't drink is incredible! |

"No I do not drink.
Alcoholism is a massive problem in the country. It's not about quantity it's about regularity " I wouldn't consider
1 glass of wine every night as alcoholism though. I would have said it's about both |

I think it's more about whether you can not have that one glass of wine. I only know what I've read in the past |

I agree, my friend that is a nurse often says there is a difference between alcoholism and alcohol dependancy, neither are healthy. |

Probably the same as people who can’t go a day without having chocolate |

I almost never drink. It just doesn't agree with me and I get the most debilitating hangovers, even after the smallest amounts of alcohol. I haven't d*unk in any serious way for well over 10 years and I feel so much better for it. |

Some weeks I will get home from work and have a rum every night but then I might go a month and not drink at all. Pretty sure I could give it up all together if I decided I really wanted to. |
