Curious as to why on some profiles is it impossible to fab pictures?

There's a site option that allows you to turn off fabbing.

I can tell you why no-one can fab mine ,,,,,,,

I deactivated the function simply because I'm the sort of twat who cant be arsed with popularity games.....
