i dont, i used to in the days when the amount of characters you could send in a text message was a lot less. but now days you can send half a esay in a text so theres no need  |

Depends on who I'm texting... if it's someone on here then I kind of take my cue from them... they use abbreviations etc, then I'll use a few... otherwise I'm a longhand guy... complete with punctuation and appropraite capitalisiation...

I use a few terms..
Tmw
brb

but I think that is about it.. I even spell you as it is.. instead of u.
I sometimes get texts from my son or my daughter and I have to ring them to ask what it meant.
