Pic stealing.

I've just noticed one of my pics have been stolen by another guy. Had it happen once before and think it's the same guy. Reported the pic but nothing has happened yet. This ever happened to any of you and what did you do about it?

Yes, when I've reported it in the past the profile was removed but it doesn't happen instantly.
