Biggie hands down for me he has so many party tunes like juicy hypnotize big poppa mo money mo problems tupac had changes and california love thats it imo but each to there own right? |

Obviously this is all down to personal opinion, but it's a pretty good base to build an argument from.
It's kinda like saying tom Brady is the best NFL quarterback or Bill Russell being the best basketball player |
