I read a lot of profiles where they say looks not important but when u message these profiles and they inevitably ask for a face pic and then say sorry not my type I wonder why say looks not important ,any thoughts people |

Got to be a spark a connection with someone .can be the way Someone comes over with nice or funny messages or the way the person looks .
I'm fussy about who I want as I like my man to tick all my boxes .  |

I always try and be humorous as I know I'm not that handsome and short to boot but when someone says it's personality that counts and not looks then u swap pics and they say sorry not for me u wonder why the fuck lie lol |

I don't think it means not important at all I think it means theyre not looking for a specific type of person.
At the end of the day you need to be physically attracted to someone to want to take it further regardless of how much personality they have. |

I am geared more towards personality than looks
The biggest majority of my meets have all been with gents off of the back of the forums because I've found them funny a good sense of humour is essential part of attraction for me |

I don’t think they mean looks are not important as such, I mean everyone needs to be attracted to someone.
I think they are trying to say they have no preference. Anyone, of any body type Etc could attract them and there is no criteria to meet.
That is what I mean when I say it anyway  |

What attracts you to a profile in the first place? You can't see the profile details in a search, usually only the heading and a photo. Is it the heading that draws you in? Or the photo? As much as those that say looks don't matter, they do. No matter how witty your message. |
