Yes I’ve had a few always a nice welcome bit of attention.
I’ll always acknowledge them with a quick thank you message you never know where it could lead. |

I sometimes wink guys. If there's not much to go on from their profile to send a message usually.
They are usually what I would consider out of my league though so its a fairly pointless process. |

rarely and 95% of the time from another guy.
If I get one it's great because it's not an everyday thing.
If your a woman or couple your mailbox, friend requests and winks are full so the you tend to be ignored as there is no effort in a wink.
When they first came out I ferment using them as a way to keep track of who I was interested in and sometimes see if there might be a little interest. They have been over used now and probably should be removed. At least from single men.

I use winks when Im browsing but don't have time to write properly. Just to register my interest as such.
Also it's handy for when I block new messages for a while if my mailbox gets unmanageable. Once I wink they can get in touch if they want to.
Saying that, I very rarely check my own winks. |

We have very rarely sent a wink. So when we it means that we are REALLY into the person.
However we have never received a positive response from a wink, in fact we have only ever had one and that was a thanks, but no thanks.

I have received a wink tonight. What's not to like about a wink.
OK, for the ladies on here they get way more attention than blokes do, and possibly think it's just lazy.
From someone who doesn't get that much unsolicited attention it's an ego boost, and tonight has resulted in an ice breaking convo.

I wink guys if their profile looks interesting..just a way of directing them to my profile if they are interested they can message me or wink back and i will message them x |

Had lots of winks the last few days but that's from having a couple of pics that made it to page one of men's hot pics. Profile views, winks, messages everything goes through the roof if you get on there.
When not on there will still get some but nowhere near as many. |

I've had hundreds of winks. Almost all from guys, a few from couples and precicely zero
From women which I try not to let bother me or give me a complex....or make me paranoid, miserable, ugly, worthless etc etc 
I find the best way to guarantee a pile of winks in the space of a few hours from single men is to put a status or meet up specifically saying I am looking for a bi couple
They have been a good icebreaker on occasion though |

Yes I get winks and I like the function they are a quick way to hint you like someone or they like you, when I receive them I usually find the users are receptive. It's not lazy it just insures no time is wasted between both parties  |
