Replace some of the milk in a rice pudding (or other milk pudding!) with the same amount of Carnation straight from the tin and cook as normal...

Takes me right back home to me mum!

I'd love to open my own restaurant serving up all these old delicacies ...leak and tattie soup, scotch broth, vegetable soup, minestrone, mince and tatties, stovies, toad in the hole, steak and kidney pie, rice pudding, bread and butter pudding, cakes and custard, trifle, roly-poly and spotted dick! I make all these and more.

I used to love a sunday night in our house. When all the young ones went to bed, my dad used to make my mum and I bubble and squeak from what was left over from the sunday dinner.

Happy memories
