What extremes have you gone through to cool down?

I'm considering straddling the chest freezer with a fan thrown in for good measure

When I was heavily pregnant with my first child I took my clothes of and laid on my tiled kitchen floor. It was a really hot summer!!

Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

I have reynauds, I don't have a problem with overheating..

Blue hands and feet is my biggest problem ..

I may suggest finding a lady that had reynauds and form a symbiotic relationship with her.. she will appreciate being able to warm her cold hand on your hot body (sounds a little wrong, but I did look at your pictures first..

) and you in turn will appreciate the cooling power of her cold hands..
