People move at different speeds and have very different levels of complexity in their lives. The latter included relationships, kids, work, other dBs and a lot more. We also very in how much appeal we pose to others - as well as whether we've gained enough trust to enter their homes, hotel rooms or public spaces with them.
All interaction has at least 2 people - so it's imbalanced to just look at one side.
1 person with expectations influences the other.
Not having agreed a meet means they don't want to meet or aren't ready - keep it simple and just think along those lines. This is not dating and you need to spread your interest and activity. If someone changes, deal with it then. |

Not sure what admin are going to do, they weren't in a rush to prove themselves or meet. Not sure that's against the rules even if you find it annoying. Just block and move on. |

I think admin are thinking more of a no show when you have a date, time and location planned. Anyone can change their mind at any time. And again that is based on assumption, maybe they just don't know how to tell you they're not interested after all. It's not great when it happens but out will do, repeatedly. You need a thick skin on here. |
