Fish and chips as it's my day to cook! Being married to a chef means the less effort I put into dinner the less likely it is I'll be asked to cook

Two slices of bread, thickly buttered and filled with a good hot lasagne. Oozing out of the sides and any that drips on the plate can be mopped up with the crusty bits of bread

Any pasta/cheese/meat/tomato based sauce combination works but the lasagne holds itself together a bit better

Oh please do

The trick is, to avoid any cooking or washing up just flutter your eyelashes, lick your lips and say 'PP, do you really want me to cook or shall I wait here and warm myself up for you..' he's a pussycat then and magically provides food

It baffles me why more people don't give blood.

Last thing I knew, there were less than 300,000 registered doners in the UK, and even less actually gave blood.

Now I know for some people it's not possible to, but with near 70m people, there should be a few more, surely.

I know, I would but my veins collapse the minute a needle goes in so have to use the veins in the back of my hand and it's not possible to donate using them. X

Another valid excuse there!

It's just the 'dont like needles' mainly.

Noone likes the cunts, they're designed to pierce you, they hurt, but it takes 10 minutes and yiu get tea, biscuits and crisps afterwards.

I give blood, but in my area they've made it as difficult as possible.

They've reduced the amount of venues, and what's left are all appointment only, so by the time I get the invite and log in to book, they're pretty much always gone.

Frustrating, as I'm o-, but it's next to impossible to get appointments.

It was more about the fact a doctor or any medical professional would even be thinking what was implied when they’re trying to save someone. You are completely focused on keeping that person alive, the feeling is overwhelming. Anything other than the person in front of you doesn’t exist, your actions are instinctive to save that life

Ah yes that comment was a bit near the knuckle. Most medical professionals are focused solely on saving the life of the person they're treating regardless of outside influences. Yes you get some doctors like Shipman but he's the exception to the rule x
