Read there profile and let them know you have by commenting on some aspect of it. It shows you have some genuine interest, not just an attraction to the pics.

The most successful meet I have had is with someone who read my profile and sent me a personal message based around that ... not just the usual :- "hi", "nice tits" or "wanna meet for a shag"
