I get up when necessary to boil the kettle with only the amount of water I need. And turn lights off as appropriate. When I get in, I put heating on if needed. Heating is kept to a reasonable low warmth temperature.
I don't buy expensive light bulbs that are needed as compatible with new tech stuff. I will use a mechanical timer to run laundry on economy 7. My head is doing the smart stuff. |
